  • 猪肉馅400克
  • 土豆300克
  • 油豆皮若干
  • 黄酒10克
  • 五香粉5克
  • 生抽5克
  • 鸡蛋1个

Steps to make 炸松肉

  • 1.备食材。
  • 2.肉馅中加盐、五香粉、酱油、黄酒、鸡蛋、淀粉、葱姜末。
  • 3.土豆洗净、去皮入蒸锅蒸熟。
  • 4.土豆趁热压成泥放入肉馅中。
  • 5.沿同一方向拌均匀。
  • 6.油豆皮抹匀湿淀粉。
  • 7.将拌匀的馅料平铺上去,压均匀。
  • 8.另一张油豆皮也抹上湿淀粉,然后盖在肉馅上,用手抚平。
  • 9.用刀切成条。切的时候要用快刀,因为豆皮有韧性,不好切。刀要垂直切,下刀要准。要很。不能来回蹭着切,因为这样容易使油豆皮和馅
  • 10.逐条入六七成热的油锅,中大火炸至表面金黄即可。
  • 11.捞出控油。
