盒子千层蛋糕
周末在家正好有时间做些小甜品给孩子吃,今天做的是海绵宝宝图案的“盒子千层蛋糕”。

说起千层蛋糕,大家都知道,有些品牌的切块千层蛋糕卖得很贵,一块就要几十块。其实我们自己在家也完全能做,不需要烤箱,操作难度也不大。大块的千层蛋糕不好保存,做成小巧可爱的盒子蛋糕,盖上盖子放在冰箱里冷藏,一次吃一盒的量正好,凉爽又美味。而且盒子蛋糕表面还可以用巧克力画上自己喜欢的图案,作为伴手礼也不错。接下来一起看看做法吧。

  • 千层可丽饼10张
  • 奶油馅200克
  • 装饰巧克力少许
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 细砂糖25克
  • 1克
  • 王后低筋粉100克
  • 牛奶250克
  • 无盐黄油35克
  • 淡奶油200克
  • 细砂糖25克
  • 黑白巧克力各50克
  • 食用色素2滴

Steps to make 盒子千层蛋糕

  • 1.先准备好做千层可丽饼的各种材料。
  • 2.鸡蛋、糖、盐倒在一起,搅匀。
  • 3.筛入低筋粉,搅匀,再加入常温牛奶搅匀。
  • 4.倒入融化的无盐黄油,搅拌均匀。
  • 5. 将混合后的面糊过滤一下。
  • 6.过滤后的面糊盖好,放入冰箱冷藏半小时。冷藏的过程能让面糊更均匀细腻。
  • 7.将冷藏后的面糊取出,舀一勺倒入小火加热的学厨8寸班戟煎锅中。
  • 8.晃一下煎锅,让面糊均匀摊平,并小火加热到凝固。翻起一边是如图的状态,不会粘在一起,已经八成熟了。
  • 9.翻面后再小火加热片刻,盛出后放在油纸上晾凉。将剩余的面糊都摊成这样的可丽饼。
  • 10.晾凉后的可丽饼放在油纸上,用盒子扣出合适的大小。
  • 11.撕掉边角余料,将扣好的可丽饼盖在两层油纸中间,以免风干变硬。
  • 12. 接下来准备内馅。准备好冷藏一夜的淡奶油,和细砂糖。
  • 13.将淡奶油和细砂糖一起倒入ACA厨师机搅拌桶内,先启动3档搅匀,再用4档打发约30秒。
  • 14.到淡奶油表面出现纹路,侧盆仍会流动的状态,转为低速2档,再打发片刻。
  • 15.打发到淡奶油表面纹路清晰挺立,用刮刀铲起不会淌平流动的状态,奶油的打发就完成了。
  • 16.然后开始组装:在盒底铺一层切好的可丽饼,将打发好的奶油装入剪口裱花袋,均匀地挤在上面。
  • 17.在奶油上铺一张可丽饼,用指尖轻轻压一下,挤出空气,让表面变得平整些,再挤一层奶油。
  • 18.重复上面的操作,直到铺满整个盒子,将最后一片可丽饼铺在表面。
  • 19.最后装饰:我要画的是海绵宝宝,因此准备了黑、白、粉、蓝四种颜色的巧克力。粉色和蓝色巧克力就是用白巧克力加一滴食用色素调成的。
  • 20.将装入裱花袋里的巧克力屑隔水融化成液体,在可丽饼表面画上图案即可。
