  • 鸡胸脯肉553克
  • 鸡蛋3只
  • 20克
  • 胡椒粉5克
  • 料酒20克
  • 面包糠150克(一袋)
  • 生粉100克
  • 麻油1勺

Steps to make 鸡米花

  • 1.鸡肉洗干净_切条_切丁,备用
  • 2.把盐,料酒,胡椒粉,麻油全部倒入鸡肉丁内,用筷子搅拌均匀,腌制2个小时。这样入味
  • 3.把腌制好得鸡肉丁放入生粉内滚一下,夹起来抖掉多余的生粉。
  • 4.接着把鸡肉丁放入打打好的鸡蛋液内滚一下
  • 5.再放入面包糠内滚一下(注:这盘面包糠是我加入橄榄油放在锅内炒过的,有点焦了,下面的鸡肉丁沾的是没炒过的面包糠,因为我忘了拍照了,用这一张做一下展示)
  • 6.这是全部滚好的鸡肉丁
  • 7.锅内放入适量的油,开大火烧到油7成热的时候,转小火。放入鸡肉丁,炸至两面金黄就可以出锅了。
  • 8.这是炸好的鸡肉丁。
  • 9.洒上欧芹沫点缀一下,配上一杯红酒,就可以开吃了。
