蔓越莓玛格丽特饼干
饼干中我最爱做玛格丽特饼干,尽管要比较费劲的筛蛋黄,只因那酥得不能再酥的口感,实在是太诱惑了。不管是大人小孩都喜欢,做法也比较简单,只需搓成团用手指头在上面随意的按一下就可以了,所以很适合带着宝宝一起亲子DIY,也适合新手做烘焙,几乎是零失败。
这款玛格丽特,我在原味的基础上加了女儿最爱的蔓越莓干,更加好吃了。送礼也特有面子。

  • 糖粉40克
  • 低筋面粉100克
  • 玉米淀粉100克
  • 熟蛋黄2个
  • 蔓越莓干30克

Steps to make 蔓越莓玛格丽特饼干

  • 1.黄油软化。
  • 2.加糖粉打至蓬松状。
  • 3.鸡蛋煮熟剥去蛋白,取两个蛋黄筛入黄油中拌匀。
  • 4.加入过筛后的低筋面粉和玉米淀粉、切碎的蔓越莓干碎。
  • 5.用刮刀拌成团,装入保鲜袋,放冰箱冷藏30分钟。
  • 6.取出后平分成20克左右一个的小球,按扁。
  • 7.烤箱预热180度,烤10-12分钟左右,微微上色就可以了。
  • 8.成品。
