奶酥面包--面包机也能做出的美味面包

  • 1.将面团A中除黄油以外所有原料倒入面包机桶中。启动一个和面程序
  • 2.一个和面程序结束后加入切碎的黄油;启动面包机和风面包程序
  • 3.制作奶酥馅:黄油软化后所有奶酥B原料混合搅匀即可
  • 4.发酵2结束后,暂停面包机,拿出面团排气滚圆松弛20分钟
  • 5.用擀面杖擀开,尽量整成长方形,压薄一边;均匀的铺上奶酥馅,由厚边向薄边卷起,捏紧收口
  • 6.用刀从中间竖着切开,不要切断顶部;
  • 7.像麻花那样拧起来。
  • 8.两端朝下放入面包机桶内,进行最后发酵;
  • 9.烘焙程序开始之前,暂停面包机,在表面刷上蛋液,撒上香酥粒。进入面包机烘烤程序,结束后取出面包在晾架上晾凉,冷却后装袋保存
