什锦牛奶芋圆

  • 地瓜100克
  • 紫薯100克
  • 木薯粉500克

Steps to make 什锦牛奶芋圆

  • 1.备好所用食材。
  • 2.将粗粮洗净下蒸锅。
  • 3.同样南瓜也入蒸锅,隔水蒸至熟。
  • 4.放至微凉,将木薯粉按需加入。
  • 5.揉至如图状就太干,要加入一点果泥揉至光滑带粘性即可。
  • 6.分别将圆子搓揉好。
  • 7.再搓成长细条。
  • 8.再切成小丁备用。按需加洒适量木薯粉防粘。
  • 9.将要煮的芋圆备好,其它的入冰箱冷冻保存。
  • 10.锅里加水煮开,将芋圆下锅。
  • 11.煮至浮起断生即可。
  • 12.备一份冰牛奶在碗里。
  • 13.再将煮好的芋圆入碗再加入白糖及什锦坚果脯加入点缀即可。
