    • 1.鼠曲草清洗干净。
    • 2.沸水中焯水,捞出过凉。

    • 12.和成面团,盖湿布饧发半个小时。
    • 13.分成小剂子。
    • 14.擀成中间厚四周薄的面片。
    • 15.放上馅料。
    • 16.包成柳叶饺。
    • 17.放了豆沙馅的,收好口,揉圆。
    • 18.放到模具中。
    • 19.压出花纹。
    • 20.放到笼屉里。
    • 21.水开上汽后蒸12分钟,关火虚蒸3分钟开盖。
    • 22.热气散发一下再吃更好。
