  • 鸡蛋60克
  • 牛奶300克
  • 黄油20克
  • 酵母6克
  • 3克

Steps to make 全麦蔓越莓吐司

  • 1.所有材料除了黄油外都放入面包机,选择和面程序,揉面15-20分钟;
  • 2.再加入黄油, 重新启动揉面程序;
  • 3.将蔓越莓加如入适量的朗姆酒泡上一个小时;
  • 4. 揉好的面团放入盆中,盖上保鲜膜,放入冰箱中发酵,约2.5-3倍大小;
  • 5.将面团分成六等份,盖上保鲜膜滚圆后松弛15分钟;
  • 6.松弛好的面团擀成椭圆形,
  • 7.表面撒些蔓越莓,自上而下卷成卷,
  • 8.整齐的排入吐司模中;
  • 9.放进烤箱里中,里面放一碗开水,进行最后发酵约七、八分满,加上吐司盖;
  • 10.烤箱190℃预热,最下层用烤网,上下火,烤40分钟出炉后立即脱模,在烤网上放至微温后放入保鲜袋保存即可。
