酱油肉香菇焖饭

Steps to make 酱油肉香菇焖饭

  • 1.干香菇洗净后泡发,泡香菇的水留待备用。准备日常食用量的大米,洗净待用。
  • 2.酱油肉温水洗净后切成块儿。
  • 3.以油热锅,下酱油肉香菇翻炒一会儿,加入大米。炒匀后加生抽老抽(无需加盐,生抽少许,老抽调颜色),再次翻炒,色泽均匀后,加少许鸡精。
  • 4.起锅倒入电饭煲,以平日煮饭的习惯加水,煮熟即可。
  • 5.饭未熟,香味就扑鼻而来。满心期待,,一碗香喷喷的酱油肉香菇焖饭,再另炒一盘小青菜,大快朵颐。
