Steps to make 三文鱼蔬菜卷

  • 1.三文鱼切成薄片;
  • 2.准备好其它的原材料;
  • 3.将越南春卷皮放入30度左右的温水中泡上一、两分钟;
  • 4.泡软后捞出, 小心的平铺在案板上;
  • 5.依次将蔬菜丝和三文鱼片放在春卷皮底部;
  • 6.轻轻的向上卷起来,切成长度一致的段;
  • 7.摆放在盘子上, 并在上面挤些沙拉酱;
  • 8.简单方便制作的减肥食品---三文鱼蔬菜卷就完成了。
