蝴蝶面包
做烘焙不仅为了吃,也为了一个可爱造型创造出的一份美好心情,虽然面包在发酵的过程中把原来做好的造型已经改了模样,但是当一个可爱的面包出炉时,那份喜悦的心情还是不思言表。
    面团在手上随意打造形状,出炉后再随意创意,和家人一起动手,在面包上涂鸦,那是一份快乐,一份满足,一个甜蜜幸福的时光......

  • 高筋面粉200克
  • 牛奶80克
  • 细砂糖35克
  • 无盐黄油15克
  • 鸡蛋液60克
  • 酵母3克
  • 2克

Steps to make 蝴蝶面包

  • 1.准备好原材料
  • 2.鸡蛋液、牛奶、细砂糖、酵母放入面包机桶里
  • 3.加入高筋面粉和盐
  • 4.调至快速和面档位20分钟
  • 5.加入黄油
  • 6.再调至快速和面档位20分钟
  • 7.检查是否能套出手套膜,不行的话继续和面一会
  • 8.面团放入面包机桶里,调至发酵档位1个小时
  • 9.发酵到原来的2.5倍大小,检查发酵是否到位,用手指头沾上一点面粉,往面团上戳一个洞,不回缩就表示发酵好了
  • 10.将面团排气
  • 11.将面团搓成长条
  • 12.从两头往中间卷起,如图
  • 13.中间部位剪开,做成蝴蝶的初步形状
  • 14.再如图所示做出蝴蝶的整体造型
  • 15.放入烤箱,关上烤箱门,以防止水分流失,待二次发酵至原来的2.5倍大小后,放在烤箱的中下层,上下火,上火170度,下火180度,烤15分钟左右
  • 16.少许蜂蜜水里加入适量可可粉,调成糊
  • 17.面包出炉时表面刷上一层蜂蜜水,然后用可可粉糊装点表面
