  • 1.葱姜香叶和八角,放入已经温热放了油的砂锅中,小火炒香。
  • 2.放入郫县豆瓣酱。

  • 4.倒入鸡块。
  • 5.翻炒均匀,鸡肉皮打卷。
  • 6.加入没过食材的开水。
  • 7.加入老抽。
  • 8.盖上盖子改小火,炖煮十五分钟。
