能吃的圣诞树
本来应在圣诞当天发出的菜谱,不巧的是:家中这几天正好有点急事要处理,加之遇到平台服务器出错,只能算是迟到的礼物了~~~
这段时间放眼看去全是各式各样喜庆的节日氛围,家中没有小朋友、平时就我们老俩口,自然也不会外出凑那份热闹;不过极少赶潮流的我,也是难得应景了一回,哈哈:做一棵好看又好吃的圣诞树:祝大家节日快乐了!!!
其实圣诞树做起来特别,只需要简单的蔬菜和自己喜欢的配料就可以了,家中有小朋友的,带着孩子一起玩,孩子开心、吃的放心~~~~
做好过拍了一份视频传给在外地工作的小伙子,那小子看了打电话说:老妈现在厉害了,还学会做圣诞树了;看上去就好吃,等我回来要再做一棵哟~~~

  • 土豆330克
  • 西兰花500克
  • 圣女果4个
  • 丘比沙拉酱30克
  • 糖粉少许
  • 食用油少许
  • 鸡粉1小勺
  • 食盐2小勺
  • 黑胡椒粉1小勺

Steps to make 能吃的圣诞树

  • 1.备好食材
  • 2.西兰花切小瓣,放盐水里浸泡一会儿再洗净
  • 3.锅中水开:加少许食盐、滴点食用油
  • 4.倒入西兰花焯至变色后捞出
  • 5.放至凉开水冰下再控干水份备用
  • 6.土豆用刨刀刨去外皮
  • 7.洗净后放入蒸屉中加盖大火,蒸熟后再压成土豆泥
  • 8.加食盐、鸡粉、黑胡椒粉和丘比沙拉酱搅拌均匀,将剩余沙拉酱挤入裱花袋中备用
  • 9.将拌好的土豆泥用手握成一个大树桩、将西兰花一瓣一瓣最下面围着树桩插入土豆泥中
  • 10.直至看不到大树桩、变成一棵圣诞树
  • 11.圣女果洗净,随意切小块
  • 12.随些插在圣树上,掰些西兰花碎随意撒在边上
  • 13.手握裱花袋围着圣诞上一圈一圈挤上丘比色拉酱
  • 14.最后撒上糖粉装饰
  • 15.一棵好看又好吃的圣诞树就OK了
