香草曲奇---一款奶香十足的曲奇

Steps to make 香草曲奇---一款奶香十足的曲奇

  • 1.准备好所有材料。黄油事先软化。
  • 2.黄油中加入糖粉、白砂糖、盐、搅拌均匀,用打蛋器打发。
  • 3.打发的黄油体积稍大,颜色稍变白,呈羽毛状。加入牛奶搅拌均匀。
  • 4.加入香草精、面粉、奶粉。
  • 5.用橡皮刮刀翻拌均匀。
  • 6.裱花袋中放入花嘴,套在杯子上,放入曲奇面糊。放在杯子中好操作。
  • 7.烤盘垫好油纸,挤出喜欢的花型。烤制过程中曲奇会膨胀,要空开距离。
  • 8.烤盘送入预热200度的烤箱中层,烤15-18分钟,表面稍上色。放凉后口感酥脆。
