双节期间阴雨连绵,本来就不爱出去凑热闹的我除了睡觉就是玩面,这不!大晚上一锅荷叶饼出锅了!

Steps to make 荷叶饼

  • 1.成品图
  • 2.面粉倒入盆中;
  • 3.温水倒入杯中,放入酵母和砂糖拌匀静置几分钟;
  • 4.酵母水倒入面粉中,用筷子拌成絮状;
  • 5.用手和成面团;
  • 6.盖上保鲜膜发酵至不超过三倍大;
  • 7.取出面团分成八等份,分别揉圆;
  • 8.取一个小面团擀成椭圆形;
  • 9.用刷子刷上薄薄的一层油;
  • 10.对折在一起;
  • 11.对折后用细齿梳压上几道痕迹;
  • 12.下面用手捏一下;
  • 13.依次完成每一个;
  • 14.蒸锅中倒入凉水,放入上整好形的面坯,再次醒发不到20分钟;
  • 15.中火蒸到15分钟,关火后焖三分钟就可以出锅了;
