炒麻食
味道很美!而且很“压饿”

  • 面粉200G
  • 西红柿一个
  • 黄瓜一根
  • 木耳五朵
  • 五花肉50G
  • 洋葱一个
  • 土豆一个
  • 裙带菜若干
  • QQ肠半根
  • 大蒜2粒
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 香菜一根

Steps to make 炒麻食

  • 1.将面团做成厚约一厘米的饼,然后切成长条,再切成正方体状!
  • 2.正方体的小面块
  • 3.取寿司帘子,在帘子上用大拇指用力向前推面块!
  • 4.做成的“猫耳朵”(我是在帘子上横向推的,所以花纹不明显,建议纵向推)
  • 5.木耳、裙带菜提前泡发,将所有的配料切丁
  • 6.烧开水后下入“猫耳朵”水开两次,把“猫耳朵”捞出,放入凉水中浸泡备用。
  • 7.起锅,加油,等油热先滑炒鸡蛋,盛出备用;另加少许油,放入西红柿翻炒至软化后加入土豆、洋葱并加入调料后,加少许水煮至土豆绵软。
  • 8.放入黄瓜丁、QQ肠丁、木耳等,并且放入“猫耳朵”快速翻炒至上色。
  • 9.在出锅前加入蒜末,盛至盘中再加入鸡蛋碎和香菜,淋入少许香油!亦菜亦饭的炒麻食就好了!
