    Steps to make 肉夹馍

    • 1.根据自己的口味选择肉的肥瘦,加所有调料用电饭煲煮粥功能把肉卤好。顺便卤几个鸡蛋。
    • 2.卤好的肉切碎备用。
    • 3.鲁王面粉,加安琪发酵粉、碱、醪糟(个人喜欢后两个可加可不加)加冷水和面,发至二倍大。
    • 4.发好以后,均匀分好,用擀面杖擀成长的面饼。
    • 5.然后把长面饼卷起来。
    • 6.最后从上到下按压成饼。
    • 7.醒十分钟。
    • 8.电饼铛不加油,两面煎熟。
    • 9.肉可以加根据自己喜好加辣椒、葱、香菜等。
    • 10.面饼用刀从里面划开三分之二,把肉末放进去,即可食用。
