紫薯圆饼干

Steps to make 紫薯圆饼干

  • 1.先将紫薯蒸熟,冷却捣成泥。
  • 2.用勺子将紫薯泥从网筛用力压下去,是紫薯泥更细腻。
  • 3.将黄油、糖粉和紫薯泥混合,用手动打蛋器搅打均匀。
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 5.再加入0.5g盐。
  • 6.用手轻抓黄油和面粉,直至材料完全混合。
  • 7.将抓好的面团放在案板上,整形成圆柱形条状。包上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷冻半小时。
  • 8.然后取出冻硬的面条,切成0.7mm左右的厚片状。
  • 9.将饼干片放到铺好油纸的考烤盘中。
  • 10.烤箱预热,中层,上下火,180度10分钟,转140度烤10分钟即可。
