酸甜开胃~糖醋里脊
还记得,上大学那会,和室友去M记对我们来说,算是挺奢侈的事。每次点餐总会要多两包番茄酱,一根薯条得蘸几次才吃完,薯条貌似变成了配角。
饭堂偶尔有松鼠桂鱼,饭都不打,马上直奔目标,生怕打完饭再去排队,就会卖光。
这是有多爱啊~
现在女儿和我一个模样,凡是有番茄酱的,都是大爱!
家里三瓶番茄酱,所以,今天决定做糖醋里脊(非正宗版)。成品色泽红润,酸甜可口,外酥里嫩,非常好吃!当然,好不好吃得看各人喜不喜欢吃~

  • 番茄酱四糖醋
  • 生粉三汤匙
  • 面粉一汤匙
  • 一汤匙
  • 两汤匙
  • 泡打粉1/3小勺

Steps to make 酸甜开胃~糖醋里脊

  • 1.1.里脊切粗条,加盐,鸡精用手抓匀。
  • 2.2.加入少量生粉,继续抓匀。
  • 3.3.面粉,生粉,泡打粉加水调成稀糊。
  • 4.4.加入一点油搅拌均匀。
  • 5.5.把里脊倒入糊里,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.6.油6.7成热,中小火,一条条放入炸金黄,捞出。
  • 7.7.待油温稍微升高,快速复炸一下,捞出。
  • 8.8.锅里留少许油,倒入番茄酱,再倒入糖,醋,水小火炒浓稠,关火,倒入里脊,快速翻拌,出锅撒上葱花和熟芝麻。
