猪肉干的做法原来这么简单,比外面卖的还好吃
小时候,猪肉干是我最爱的零食,鲜香又有嚼劲。然而,那时候吃上一块是一件奢侈的事情,每次都吃得不够过瘾。
长大后,发现猪肉脯的做法也并不是那么复杂,有了料理机,无需再手动剁猪肉,所有材料准备好后放进烤箱,到点后拿出来,满屋子都是香气,终于可以大口大口的享用了。
新鲜的猪肉经过腌制后打成肉泥,刷上蜂蜜让色泽更加诱人,饱满的白芝麻和黑胡椒使猪肉脯的口感更鲜香,吃起来嫩而不柴、嚼劲十足。作为办公室的休闲小吃,或是野餐踏青的美食,都是极好的选择。

  • 猪肉500g
  • 蜂蜜30克
  • 黑胡椒2克
  • 白胡椒粉2克
  • 蚝油20克
  • 5克
  • 砂糖30克
  • 红曲粉适量(可不加)

Steps to make 猪肉脯

  • 1.猪肉干的做法原来这么简单,比外面卖的还好吃。
  • 2.将洗干净的猪肉切小块直接放入料理机,加入白胡椒粉、蚝油、盐、糖、红曲粉混合搅拌均匀打成猪肉泥。
  • 3.打成肉泥后放入冰箱中静置30分钟入味更佳。
  • 4.30分钟后,预热烤箱200度10分钟,铺上油纸在桌上把肉泥平铺,再铺上保鲜膜,用擀面杖把肉泥擀薄至均匀。
  • 5.放入预热好的烤箱中层,上下火200度,烤约5分钟后倒出肉汁。再继续放入烤箱中烘烤。
  • 6.两面均匀地刷上蜂蜜汁,撒上白芝麻,撒上黑胡椒。
  • 7.再重新放入烤箱中,200度中层上下火烘烤20分钟,中途烤至10分钟拿出来翻面一次就可以了哦!
  • 8.出炉啦~~
