秘制烤鸭

  • 鸭子1只
  • 20克
  • 10克
  • 料酒1匙
  • 1匙
  • 蚝油1匙
  • 黑胡椒粉0.5匙
  • 蜂蜜2勺
  • 一品鲜酱油1匙
  • 五香粉0.5匙

Steps to make 秘制烤鸭

  • 1.在超市买了一只鸭剥开处理干净里面的内脏清洗干净沥干水份备用
  • 2.撒上调味料五香粉、黑胡椒粉、一品鲜酱油、蚝油、糖、料酒
  • 3.切好的姜片和葱段放入容器中
  • 4.将调味料充分的搓揉鸭肉的各个部位
  • 5.搓揉好的鸭子内侧朝下皮朝上这样更容易入味盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏24小时
  • 6.研制入味的鸭子准备入烤箱烤制喽
  • 7.烤盘铺上锡纸葱和姜放入鸭身底部鸭腿和鸭翅根部包上锡纸防止烤糊
  • 8.剩余的料汁加入蜂蜜搅拌均匀
  • 9.将料汁刷在鸭身上
  • 10.烤箱上下火180度预热20分钟后将鸭子放入烤箱上下火260度烤30分钟
  • 11.烤鸭第一阶段出炉再次刷上料汁再放入烤箱烤制5至8分钟左右
  • 12.完美的烤鸭出炉啦烤盘上有许多油脂这是把鸭子的油都烤出来了这样吃起来就不会太油腻
  • 13.烤好的鸭子摆入容器中
  • 14.好有诱惑力的大烤鸭噢
  • 15.将烤鸭切开搭配美酒好幸福哦
