  • 1.芝麻小火炒熟备用!
  • 2.莲藕切成、莴笋切条,开水焯半熟捞出备用
  • 3.木耳泡发,很西兰花焯水后捞出备用!
  • 4.安井火锅料煮熟捞出备用!
  • 5.将虾头取下,青椒切丁!
  • 6.香菇洗干净切块,过油盛出备用!
  • 7.洗净花椒(绿的红的都可以)
  • 8.锅中放油,微热放入辣椒和花椒,放大勺老干妈!出香!
  • 9.再放入虾头,小火用铲子按压虾头,炒出虾油,捞出虾头!
  • 10.再放入虾炒熟,依次倒入藕片、莴笋、安井火锅料、木耳、西兰花!拌均匀!调味:放盐、鸡精、白胡椒粉、蚝油.
  • 11.出锅后撒上熟芝麻!
  • 12.麻辣香锅开动!
