Steps to make 餐前开胃菜——辣白菜土豆丝

  • 1.原材料:发酵的辣白菜(带汤汁),土豆(去皮洗净后,切成细丝泡在清水中浸泡5分钟,以便去土豆中的淀粉), 青红椒切成丝,香葱切成丝, 熟白芝麻。
  • 2.锅中水烧开后,放入土豆丝和青红椒丝,焯烫20秒钟后捞出。
  • 3.马上放入清水中过凉,凉透后捞出沥干水分备用。
  • 4.锅中放油,放入辣白菜煸炒。
  • 5.倒入辣白菜汤汁,放入盐,糖,一直炒到辣白菜变软,有辣白菜浓郁的香气散发出来,汤微微收干后,盛入大碗中。
  • 6.等辣白菜丝完全冷却后,将焯好的土豆丝和青红椒丝放入辣白菜丝中,撒入葱丝,拌匀,最后撒上白芝麻即可。
