这个柿子饼要说可不是什么时候都能吃到的,因为柿子之后秋冬季有,所以柿子饼就显得异常的"名贵"了。
刚好家里有些柿子,所以就来做做推荐给大家,非常的好吃
这个柿子选择的是西安临潼特产的“火晶柿子”这种柿子的特点是:果皮、果肉橙红色或鲜红色,果实小,果粉多,无核,肉质致密,多汁,品质极好。

    • 9.加入芝麻,糖,核桃碎,面粉少许和成糖馅儿如果喜欢流糖稀的可以不加面粉1
    • 10.面团揉成条
    • 11.下机子擀成皮
    • 12.包上馅儿料,这次是老妈操刀我来照相
    • 13.像包包子一样收口在下面,包成饼状
    • 14.锅中倒油,小火煎制,要想好吃油要多,我为了减少油脂摄入改良了下但是正宗的基本可以算是油炸了
    • 15.煎制两面金黄即可
