Steps to make 口水鸡

  • 1.鸡腿两个清理干净。
  • 2.鸡腿放入锅中加入没过鸡腿的水放上两片姜一段儿葱。
  • 3.盖上盖子大火煮开转中火煮八分钟关火焖几分钟。
  • 4.然后取出放入凉开水中备用。
  • 5.小米辣根据自己喜辣程度放,蒜瓣三粒,香菜一棵,姜一片。
  • 6.取一个小碗姜蒜切末,小米辣和大葱切斜片,香菜掰成段一起放入碗中。
  • 7.放上两勺生抽,半勺鸡精,几滴白醋,半勺白糖,两勺香油,两大勺花椒油和一丢丢盐。
  • 8.最后再来两大勺红油辣子拌匀。
  • 9.把鸡腿肉撕下来放入碗里倒入一半调好的酱料拌匀。
  • 10.黄瓜切片摆盘。
  • 11.然后把拌好的鸡肉放在上面。
  • 12.最后把剩下的调料汁浇在上面即可。
