Steps to make 玉米莲藕排骨汤

  • 1.糯玉米切成小段、莲藕切成块。
  • 2.葱切成断、姜切成片。
  • 3.排骨放入锅内,加水煮开,煮出血污浮沫,捞出清洗干净。
  • 4.砂锅放清水,将排骨、姜、葱一起放入锅中,滴入少许料酒,煮开后,转小火煲约三十分钟,再放入玉米、莲藕一同煲制约一小时。煲好后去掉姜片、葱段儿,加入适量的盐调味即可。
