    Steps to make 【千岛酱芝麻寿司】

    • 1.以一斤米为例,称好倒入电饭煲。
    • 2.把米洗净之后,加一倍的水,比例是1:1,也可根据你用的米的吸水程度适当增减,蒸成米粒完整的米饭。
    • 3.蒸好的米饭。
    • 4.把米饭弄松散,稍微晾凉。
    • 5.加海天苹果醋。
    • 6.一斤的米,加六到七汤匙的苹果醋即可,根据个人喜好增减。
    • 7.把米饭抖散均匀,让苹果醋和米饭充分的融合。
    • 8.鸡蛋一个打散,煎一张蛋皮待用。
    • 9.黄瓜半根,刨皮洗净。
    • 10.切条,去中间的黄瓜籽。
    • 11.白芝麻少许,用密度比较高的漏子冲洗干净。
    • 12.用煎锅把白芝麻炒香,表面微黄,芝麻啪啪的跳起来即可,不要炒焦了。
    • 13.取一张紫菜,铺上米饭,手指蘸水,摁压结实。
    • 14.垫一层保鲜膜,把有米饭的一面朝下。
    • 15.放上黄瓜,蛋皮。
    • 16.卷的第一下要卷结实。
    • 17.第一下卷好后,把保鲜膜慢慢往前拉。
    • 18.卷成一圈后,切掉剩下的部分,这样寿司卷不会太大,就能一口一个了,也可以不切。
    • 19.用寿司帘抓结实后,拿掉保鲜膜。
    • 20.均匀粘上炒好的白芝麻。
    • 21.刀蘸冷开水,切成段。
    • 22.挤上千岛酱即可,剩下的米饭可以做别款的寿司。
