  • 1.准备好所有的食材。
  • 2.锅中加入茴香,蚝油,老抽,生抽,糖,盐,适量的清水。
  • 3.煮成卤汁冷凉待用。
  • 4.把豆腐皮洗净两张一份,用煮好的卤汁涂抹均匀。
  • 5.两张贴在一起再抹一层卤汁,叠成长条状。
  • 6.可放入卤汁锅中稍侵入味。
  • 7.捞出豆腐皮入蒸锅中蒸至10分钟。
  • 8.炒锅倒油放入豆腐皮煎至。
  • 9.煎至两面微黄。
  • 10.放入吸油纸上吸出油份待用。
  • 11.取一颗生菜洗净切丝铺在盘底。
  • 12.豆腐皮切条摆在上面淋入香油即好。
