  • 1.先将蛋黄、蛋清分离。
  • 2.用低速打蛋清至粗泡后,加入1/3细砂糖打发至全部溶解。
  • 3.用中速打成细腻泡沫时,加入1/2细砂糖继续打发至全部溶解。
  • 4.用高速打至出现纹路时,加入剩余的细砂糖继续打至干性发泡(即提起打蛋器时,蛋白能拉出一个短小直立的尖角)。
  • 5.将水,玉米油倒入蛋黄中搅拌均匀。
  • 6.筛入低筋面粉,慢慢搅拌均匀至光滑细腻无颗粒。
  • 7.蛋白分两次加入搅拌好的蛋糊中,用刮刀翻拌均匀。
  • 8.面糊倒入纸杯三分之一位置,放入煮熟的金奇香咸蛋黄。
  • 9.再次倒入面糊,必须覆盖住咸蛋黄,面糊装八分满就可以的,轻轻震几下,震出气泡。
  • 10.烤箱先预热170度10分钟,然后再放入面糊,160度,烤25分钟左右。
