奶油玛芬蛋糕
很久没有做奶油小蛋糕了,上次公司聚会人多大的不够分就又做了些小纸杯的,大蛋糕间戚风底,小纸杯就做了酸奶玛芬,这样口感上搭配也很好,可惜的是没有奶油呀,否则蛋糕更漂亮了。
玛芬用酸奶做的比较软,而且我分了一部分出来加了可可粉,这样一个杯子两种味道,吃着也蛮不错的。

  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 低粉190G
  • 可可粉10G
  • 酸奶200G
  • 玉米油50G
  • 白糖60G
  • 淡奶油200ML
  • 橙子一个
  • 猕猴桃一个
  • 泡打粉一勺

Steps to make 奶油玛芬蛋糕

  • 1.准备好所需要的材料
  • 2.鸡蛋加白糖打散至糖溶化
  • 3.加入玉米油搅拌均
  • 4.加入酸奶搅拌均
  • 5.把上一步拌好的液体分成差不多的两份,一份筛入100G低粉和半勺泡打粉
  • 6.快速轻盈的搅拌至无干粉状,成为原味玛芬面糊
  • 7.另一份加入90G低粉+10G可可粉+泡打粉的混合物(最好三粉过筛一下
  • 8.混合成可可玛芬面糊
  • 9.把两种面糊交替装进玛芬杯中
  • 10.入180度的烤箱中层18分钟左右出炉
  • 11.淡奶油倒入奶锅中加一勺白糖,用电动打蛋器打发
  • 12.奶油装入裱花袋,水果切片,蛋糕放凉
  • 13.把奶油挤在蛋糕上面,放上水果片即可
