秋天天气干燥,嗓子也干的有点儿厉害,蒸个冰糖雪梨润润吧

Steps to make 冰糖雪梨

  • 1.准备好材料和份量
  • 2.用奈瓷刀把梨削干净皮,用奈瓷刀削皮比普通的刀要来的好很多,从削好皮到蒸之前,梨的表面一点都没有氧化
  • 3.从梨的顶端三分之一处切成2半
  • 4.用奈瓷刀小心的挖出梨的果核部分
  • 5.在梨窝里放上冰糖和枸杞
  • 6.把梨的顶端部分放回梨身上,用牙签固定
  • 7.把梨放进装了水的小锅里(加个三脚架可以避免碗跟锅底接触)
  • 8.中火蒸梨,时间一个小时
  • 9.蒸好的梨取出放凉
  • 10.天气燥热,多吃梨
