三色玛德琳
美味三色玛德琳,又名为贝壳蛋糕,一口一个,配上一杯咖啡,是特别赞的点心。

  • 泡打粉3克
  • 可可粉5克
  • 抹茶粉5克
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 细砂糖70克
  • 色拉油100克

Steps to make 三色玛德琳

  • 1.鸡蛋敲碎放入碗内,再加入70克细砂糖,搅拌均匀直至细砂糖融化。
  • 2.分两次加入色拉油,用手动打蛋器搅拌均匀。
  • 3.过筛低筋面粉和泡打粉,拌匀。
  • 4.用两个碗分别装好5克可可粉和5克抹茶粉,用少许热水调匀即可。
  • 5.面糊平均分为三等份。
  • 6.其中两等份的面糊分别倒入抹茶味、可可味并拌匀。
  • 7.玛德琳模具上涂上少许黄油。
  • 8.分别将三种面糊挤到模具中,挤到7分满。
  • 9.把模具轻震一下,把气泡震走。
  • 10.放入已预热好烤箱,上下火180度烘烤14分钟。
  • 11.玛德琳烘烤时鼓鼓的样子~
