清明节,都想不起来到底有多少年没有在家过了;这个东西其实也不是说非要在清明节的那天吃。但是我们小的时候,就记得每年都差不多是快到清明节的时候,大人孩子都去田间地头采摘这个东西,那个时候竹笋也正好长出来了,正好挖竹笋回来和腊肉一起做馅料。而真正到了清明节的时候,我们那边是要包粽子吃的,去扫墓祭祖的时候,都是会带上一些粽子,用来祭祖用,然后大家一起分着吃...

    Steps to make 清明花粑粑

    • 1.清明花,这个东东不是艾草哦,但是长的有点像,艾草是另外一种植物。
    • 2.腊肉,切成细条,炒香香的。
    • 3.然后再加入一些切成细条条的竹笋。
    • 4.另外一个馅料呢是棒菜炒腊肉碎,这个就是切好的棒菜。
    • 5.把清明花洗干净然后用高压锅煮上20分钟,最后加上糯米粉、大米粉一起揉成团。
    • 6.然后再包上上面的那些馅料就好了,随便包成什么样都行,老家一般都是包成大饺子的那种形状。我这次找出以前做月饼的模具来了,于是就都做成这种样子的了。
    • 7.最后上锅蒸熟,稍微放凉一些再吃。
    • 8.很筋道的感觉,腊肉香喷喷,竹笋脆脆的...  吃不了剩下的直接冰箱冷冻起来,下次吃的时候再放蒸锅里蒸透就好。
