Steps to make 茄汁大虾

  • 1.原料图。虾洗净,背部剖开,剔除虾线。
  • 2.锅烧热,倒入油,烧热,加入葱、姜、蒜爆香。
  • 3.下入虾翻炒至红。
  • 4.烹入黄酒,淋入美味鲜、蒸鱼豉油,(加了这些都不需要放盐了),加入少许蕃茄酱翻炒一下,加入适量的清水,大火烧开,改中大火烧至收汁。
  • 5.装盘。
