香蕉蓝莓蛋糕
美味的早点,下午茶点,香蕉蓝莓蛋糕块。用戚风蛋糕的手法,烘烤了一盘蛋糕片,切成块,加上蓝莓酱和香蕉,做的时候本以为为容易散,但成品很牢固,而且细腻甜润,入口滑顺,非常好吃。晚上做出来,当早点,或者下午茶非常好,一家人都大爱。

  • 牛奶90g
  • 鸡蛋5个
  • 香蕉1根
  • 白醋几滴

Steps to make 香蕉蓝莓蛋糕

  • 1.蛋黄蛋白分离。五个蛋黄加上20g 白糖搅拌均匀。
  • 2.拌匀后加入牛奶,盐和玉米油。
  • 3.再次搅拌均匀。筛入低筋面粉。
  • 4.拌匀。
  • 5.蛋白中滴入几滴醋,把剩余的50g白糖分三次加入蛋白,用电动打蛋器把蛋白打成湿性蛋白霜。
  • 6.取三分之一蛋白霜放入蛋黄糊中切拌均匀后再取三分之一切拌,拌好的蛋黄糊倒入剩余的蛋白霜中。
  • 7.切拌均匀。
  • 8.烤盘铺好油纸,把拌好的蛋糊倒入烤盘,震出大气泡。入烤箱中层160度,20分钟。
  • 9.时间到取出蛋糕,立即倒扣撕去油纸。
  • 10.把蛋糕片分成大小随意的块,我分成了均匀的四块,取一块蛋糕片,涂满蓝莓酱。
  • 11.把香蕉切成大薄片,摆在蓝莓酱上一层,摆满。
  • 12.在用另外一块大小一样的蛋糕块盖在上面,轻轻按压,非常结实。
  • 13.块大,我又把做好的蛋糕块分成了四块,享用吧。
