  • 1.准备食材:土鸡蛋、啤酒、桂皮、花椒、陈皮、八角、香叶、冰糖、生抽、老抽、盐等食材;

  • 6.煮沸之后改为小火,再煮15分钟。PS:可以盖上盖子煮
  • 7.此时水变少,鸡蛋颜色变深,关火;
  • 8.把汤汁和鸡蛋一起盛出,吃的时候把鸡蛋捞出。PS:一直用汤汁浸泡入味。
