雪耳:性平、味甘淡,滋阴清热、润肺止咳,被誉为“菌中之冠”
红枣:味甘性温、归脾胃经,补中益气、安血养神,含有蛋白质、脂肪、醣类、有机酸、维生素A、维生素C、微量钙多种氨基酸等丰富的营养成份
甘草:性平、味平.归心、肺、脾、胃经。具有补脾益气、清热解毒、去痰止咳、缓急止痛、调和诸药的功能
百合:润肺止咳,清心安神,补中益气,清热利尿,清热解毒,凉血止血,健脾和胃
枸杞:补肝益肾,对造血功能有促进作用,还能抗衰老、抗突变、抗肿瘤、抗脂肪肝及降血糖等

    • 1.雪耳、百合冷水泡发,准备两片甘草备用
    • 2.枣子用筷子头顶出枣核。因为这款是清热祛暑甜汤,枣核性温,所以最好不要
    • 3.将食材全部放入汤煲中,加入适量的清水
    • 4.放入冰糖,然后炖煲几个小时,知道雪耳软烂,汤汁黏稠即可
    • 5.煮好后的甜汤汤汁晶莹透亮,红枣一个个都涨的滚圆,虽然还是圆润的枣形,不过浸满汤汁的枣衣薄薄一层,轻轻一吸,一颗甜甜的果肉就融化在嘴里咯
