【核桃蔓越莓软欧包】——幸福手作乡村面包
生活中不够用的总是时间
所以现在做面包一般都一次烤出两个
这样的藤筐面包也好
吐司也好
多半时候
分一个给小女生的同学家

自从小女生上了学前班
可是另外三个妈妈每天轮流接她
这样日复一日的没有怨言
我心里真是过意不去
没什么本事
就分享给她们自己手作的面包吧~

这款乡村面包
即便没用石板烘焙
因为高温的炉内 喷了水
所以烤出来依旧是外皮脆韧 内里柔软
加上核桃的坚果香气和蔓越莓天然的甜度
一切都刚刚好
烤好的面包敲一敲 砰砰响
用锯齿刀切片时候那种特别的声音也十分令人心动

搭配水果、菜蔬、奶酪、鸡蛋和饮品
便是一顿丰盛的家庭早餐

  • 高粉175g
  • 全麦粉75g
  • 酵母2.5g
  • 黄油20g
  • 细砂糖25g
  • 4g
  • 175g
  • 蔓越莓干50g
  • 核桃50g
  • 橙子皮半个

Steps to make 【核桃蔓越莓软欧包】——幸福手作乡村面包

  • 1.将面团用后油法揉至扩展阶段,放温暖处进行基础发酵至两倍大
  • 2.藤筐中撒面粉,将面团放入藤筐继续发酵,约一个小时
  • 3.发酵好的面包倒在垫了烘焙纸或者烘焙布的烤盘上,用割包刀在面包表面割出切口
  • 4.烤箱预热220度,中层,烤前在面包上喷水,25分钟左右,取出后在晾网上晾凉即可
