  • 细砂糖25克
  • 鸡蛋30克
  • 黄油55克
  • 细滑花生酱120克
  • 花生仁50克
  • 小苏打1/4勺。

Steps to make 花生酱曲奇

  • 1.准备好原料。
  • 2.把花生仁放入烤箱150度烤15分钟烤熟拿出。
  • 3.黄油软化后加入红糖和细砂糖。
  • 4.用打蛋器打到蓬松,鸡蛋打散后分2次加入,打匀。
  • 5.加入花生酱。
  • 6.再次打到蓬松。
  • 7.加入面粉拌匀。
  • 8.花生仁烤好后晾凉切碎
  • 9.加入碎花生仁。翻拌均匀。
  • 10.每个约13克左右,放在手中搓成小球,然后再按扁。烤箱预热好后160度,中层烤箱18到20分钟。拿出来时是软的等会凉了就会变硬,如果凉的还不变硬,就说明还要烤一下。
