  • 5.老干妈辣椒酱一勺大火快速翻炒均匀。
  • 6.加入腐乳一块。
  • 7.大火快速翻炒,加入适量清水,淹过猪脚,大火烧开转小火,大火烧一个小时。
  • 8.最后加入少许盐,煸炒均匀,大火收汁即可出锅。
  • 9.入碗中,成品图来一张。晚餐来一份。
