紫薯酥饼
酥饼是我们家的甜食,以前我都是上街买的。自从买了烤箱回来面包蛋糕什么的都不买了。当然酥饼也不例外。我第一次做的酥饼算比较成功。孩子们说妈妈你做的真好吃。你可以再多做一点吗?我好爱吃啊。是啊。自己做的不会太甜味道也会好很多。最重要的是无添加的,吃了健康。
本来是用豆沙做的,可是孩子吵着要吃紫薯的,临时蒸一些紫薯我没有做什么特别的处理,就是把紫薯用擀面杖压成紫薯泥,我没在加糖了,紫薯本身就是甜味的。做好了豆沙饼没有做记号,还真找不到了,还是拿紫薯拍照吧!

Steps to make 紫薯酥饼

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.油酥:面粉100克和70克猪油水油皮:280克的面粉+糖20克+水45克+猪油80克 (要分开揉哦,还有水油皮的水不要一次性加边揉边加,要看面粉的吸水程度)
  • 3.平均把水油皮和油酥分成平均24个小剂子
  • 4.把水油皮恩扁擀成薄皮,把油酥放在中间包起来
  • 5.把口收好,口朝下放在一边松弛10分钟
  • 6.把油酥皮再次摁扁
  • 7.擀成牛舌状
  • 8.从上往下卷,在次松弛半个小时
  • 9.把松弛好的面团竖起来
  • 10.摁扁
  • 11.擀成边薄中间厚的
  • 12.把紫薯包在中间
  • 13.把面团收好口,口朝下摁扁
  • 14.依次摆好盘,放入170度预热好的烤箱,中下层20到25分钟(具体还是要看自家烤箱的温度
  • 15.做好的紫薯饼
  • 16.我喜欢紫薯的颜色
  • 17.孩子们不爱单吃紫薯,可是爱吃紫薯做的零食。
  • 18.还好是先拍的孩子们才从幼儿园回来,要不我的紫薯和大家见不了面了
