Steps to make 葱香酥脆饼干

  • 1.面团1中材料,除清水外按照先鸡蛋,糖,盐,玉米油,面粉,酵母的顺序放入大盆中。
  • 2.用筷子边搅拌边缓慢倒入清水,搅拌至絮状揉成软硬适中的光滑面团。盖好盖子放温暖出发酵。
  • 3.准备小葱,切碎末。
  • 4.黄油微波炉融化后加入切碎的小葱末。
  • 5.面团2中的低筋粉加入黄油揉成团盖保鲜膜备用。
  • 6.面团1发酵至1.5-2倍大。
  • 7.排气搓圆。
  • 8.面团1包入面团2的葱油酥。收口捏紧朝下。
  • 9.用擀面杖擀开
  • 10.擀成长方形的薄片
  • 11.左边往中间折再右边往中间折的叠被子。
  • 12.叠好的面皮转90度再次擀开。
  • 13.再来一次叠被子,擀开。
  • 14.最后一次叠被子。
  • 15.擀开成厚0.3-0.4厘米的薄片
  • 16.用饼干模具压出形状。
  • 17.排入烤盘用叉子压出孔洞防止烘烤时鼓起。
  • 18.烤箱中层180度上下火烘烤15分钟。至饼干表面微金黄即可。
  • 19.烤好的另一盘。
