时蔬芝士面包

  • 高粉250克
  • 牛奶125克
  • 鸡蛋液42克
  • 酵母3克
  • 1克
  • 白糖30克
  • 黄油25克
  • 玉米粒20克
  • 红萝卜粒20克
  • 马苏里拉芝士30克

Steps to make 时蔬芝士面包

  • 1.将面包材料除黄油外、入面包机启动和面程序至结束。加入黄油。再启动发面团程序至结束。
  • 2.面团在面包机已发酵至两倍大。
  • 3.取出面团揉扁排气。
  • 4.分割成9等份。盖紧醒面10分钟。(图中8份烤好后有点大)
  • 5.醒完面将各面团擀成牛舌状。
  • 6.卷起成条状。
  • 7.用刀朝中间切开,上头别切断。
  • 8.将切开的两头往中间靠陇成心型。
  • 9.所有面团整形完毕后,排入已擦过油的烤盘里,入烤箱做第二次发酵至两倍大。(发酵同时要放一杯热水,保持湿度发酵)
  • 10.准备好萝卜粒和玉米粒,芝士也切成粒。
  • 11.取出发酵好的面坯,轻轻的在周围刷上一层蛋液。预热烤箱180度10分钟。
  • 12.洒上萝卜粒和玉米粒芝士粒。
  • 13.送人烤箱中层,用上下火180度烤15分钟至20分钟出炉。
  • 14.成品。等凉却后密封保存。
