  • 1.准备所需材料。
  • 2.猪排肉洗净沥干水分,用锤子锤打肉,将肉拍松。
  • 3.鸡蛋加入适量的盐打散。
  • 4.将打好的肉沾上鸡蛋液。
  • 5.沾上面粉。
  • 6.再沾鸡蛋液和面粉,最后再沾一次鸡蛋液。
  • 7.然后沾上面包糠。
  • 8.用手把面包糠压实。
  • 9.食用油倒入锅内烧至200度。
  • 10.把猪排放入油锅炸2分钟,然后捞起。
  • 11.待油温降至160度时,再把猪排放入锅内复炸5分钟。
  • 12.最后捞起沥油食用。
