Steps to make 三杯鸡

  • 1.主要材料,鸡一只。
  • 2.剁成小块。
  • 3.准备好配料,60毫升的食用油、60毫升的料酒、60毫升的生抽、5片姜、5个八角。
  • 4.上锅开火,先把60毫升的油加入烧热,放入鸡块炒至略金黄色。
  • 5.加入5片姜和5个八角拌炒。
  • 6.依次加入60毫升的料酒和60毫升的生抽拌炒均匀。(千万别加水哦)
  • 7.再加入一小勺白糖拌炒均匀。
  • 8.盖紧将鸡块焖煮至熟。
  • 9.鸡块煮到差不多熟时,打开盖收汁至粘稠干身关火。
  • 10.成品装盘。瞧!色香味俱全。
