披萨饼
披萨饼是西餐的主食之一,自己烤制披萨可简可繁,简单的只要有一块面团、披萨酱和奶酪就可以烤制披萨,复杂的就是要加各式各样辅料。但是不管如何搭配,披萨必须要有三种颜色,红、绿、白(奶酪)。因为这是意大利国旗的颜色。

  • 披萨酱50克

Steps to make 披萨饼

  • 1.主料: 面粉、奶酪、披萨酱、青椒、辅料: 洋葱、培根、酵母粉 。
  • 2. 面粉加温水、酵母粉和成光滑面团。
  • 3. 发酵至2倍大以上。
  • 4. 把洋葱、青椒切圈。
  • 5. 把培根切块后煎熟。
  • 6. 把发酵的面团揉匀、擀成饼。
  • 7.放入披萨盘造型,并扎一些小孔。
  • 8. 放入烤箱180度,中下层烤8分钟。
  • 9. 取出后放一层奶酪,抹匀披萨酱。
  • 10.把洋葱圈、青椒、培根摆匀。
  • 11. 放入烤箱180度,中层烤10分钟。
  • 12. 取出,放入马苏里拉奶酪。
  • 13. 烤箱170度,中层烤制。
  • 14. 待奶酪溶化,即可取出。
  • 15. 装盘后切块,即可上桌食用。
