泰式风味荷豆鸡腿肉
虽然我这里现在是冬天,但并不影响我选择一些适合夏日的食材去烹饪一些无论是冬天或夏天都受家人欢迎的开胃菜肴。或许去吃泰国餐多了总会回味那些泰式菜的酱汁美味,自己也开始毫无章法乱调制出适合自己的酱汁来搭配不同的菜肴,这种酱汁甜、酸、辣,可以打开人们的味蕾让你胃口大开。
    最近院子里种的荷兰豆长势极为喜人呀,每隔两天都必须要去采摘一些回来,不然三四天之后就很明显发现荷兰豆开始长老了。目前已经采了几颗长得比较老了回来晒着留着下次当种子用。那么多的荷兰豆自己是吃不完的,本来打算送些给朋友,可惜有些朋友却像以前的我不喜欢吃荷兰豆,无奈都放在冰箱储存着自己吃吧。这次我就用少许荷兰豆、鸡腿蛋还有红椒搭配做出美食,无论卖相以及味道都是相当不错的。哈哈。

Steps to make 泰式风味荷豆鸡腿肉

  • 1.先处理鸡腿肉,切成块后用生抽、白糖、十三香、芝麻油腌制备用。
  • 2.调入适量泰国酱料入碗里,再加入少许白糖、鱼露、柠檬汁、胡椒粉备用。
  • 3.烧热锅倒入适量橄榄油,放入姜片。
  • 4.然后将腌好的鸡腿肉放入。
  • 5.煎至两边焦黄。
  • 6.把切成小块的红椒放入一起炒。
  • 7.倒入调好的酱汁,再放少许盐后略焖片刻。
  • 8.加入洗摘好的荷兰豆。
  • 9.翻炒均匀。
  • 10.最后放少许香菜,即可熄火。
