  • 冷冻黄油80g
  • 低筋面粉80g
  • 黑麦粉40g
  • 全麦粉40g(无麸皮)
  • 黑芝麻20g
  • 8g
  • 雀巢鹰唛炼奶40g
  • 冰水25g
  • 2.4g

Steps to make 【炼奶粗粮松饼】

  • 1.准备所需原料(粉类提前过筛、黄油需冷冻状态、液体冷藏状态)
  • 2.料理机中依次放入粉类、盐、糖、冷冻切1m³的黄油
  • 3.低速搅打15-20秒,呈现细碎小颗粒,切忌不可搅打过度
  • 4.混合后的材料放入大碗中,加入黑芝麻
  • 5.加入雀巢鹰唛炼奶、冰水
  • 6.轻拌,无明显干粉即可,放入冰箱冷藏60分钟
  • 7.擀平,压模大约厚度1cm 直径4.5cm
  • 8.放入预热好的烤箱中,180度 中层 上下火 35分钟左右
