Steps to make 大蒜烤鸭腿

  • 1.用刀沿着骨头划开。取下肉,有筋膜的地方用刀切开。
  • 2.姜切成片,葱切成寸段。
  • 3.锅中入冷水加入葱、姜、鸭肉,煮10分钟。
  • 4.挖出晾凉。切成丁。放入容器中,加入蚝油、花椒粉、料酒盐30分钟。
  • 5.把蒜切成片。
  • 6.烤盘中铺入锡纸,刷上黄油,放上蒜片。烤箱预热5分钟。烤盘中入鸭肉。
  • 7.蜂蜜中加入白米醋搅匀。
  • 8.放到烤箱中250度烤10分中拿出翻一下。然后刷在上面,再烤8分钟出炉。
