Steps to make 鸡胸藜麦沙拉

  • 1.准备的食材如上,提前腌制鸡胸肉,先把鸡胸肉洗净,用牙签扎小孔,切小块,均匀涂上盐,黑胡椒和蜂蜜,再加上蒜末,淋上少许玉米油,入冰箱冷藏一夜。
  • 2.把腌制好的鸡胸肉依次摆入空气炸锅的炸篮里。
  • 3.180度20分钟。
  • 4.把洗净的藜麦放入锅中,煮15分钟左右。
  • 5.煮藜麦的同时,可以先把泡过的生菜叶子过凉开水一遍,再撕成小片。
  • 6.碗里放入白糖,倒入禾然有机糙米醋1中勺。
  • 7.1.5中勺禾然有机酱油。
  • 8.滴入少许香油搅匀。
  • 9.10分钟后,把鸡胸肉翻面,继续炸10分钟。
  • 10.藜麦煮至透明即可捞出。
  • 11.均匀地撒在生菜叶子上。
  • 12.把炸好的鸡胸肉摆在藜麦上面。
  • 13.把煮好的鸡蛋切成四片放在鸡胸肉四个角上。
  • 14.把芒果块和蓝莓也摆在鸡胸肉四周,把焯熟的虾仁放在鸡胸肉上。
  • 15.淋上调好的调料汁。
